    Actually only true for the fuels listed in the TM. Not all fuels have the same relationship between BTU value and viscosity. Biodiesel, for example, has a lower BTU value than #2 diesel and the FDC reduces the delivery... Density and viscosity may be related, but it's the viscosity that matters...
