    Re-wiring glow plugs

    I just read the fusible link sticky...If 10 gauge is the correct size for the glow plugs, i should use about 14 gauge fusible link from the blade connector about 6 inches up then... Would it be okay to solder/shrinktube this together and just leave some slack to solder a new one in in the even...

    Re-wiring glow plugs

    I bought my truck with no operating glow plugs. The Card wasnt working, so i ran it to a momentary switch to find out the selenoid (new style) isnt working either...not that i would use them considering the wiring must have about 8 splices per wire, 12gauge wire into 10 gauge, 14 into 12 etc...
