    It's been easy for me to swing it with 55gallon barrel on water in it. It does have grease zerk to help too.

    I too did the harbor freight bed hoist/crane and it works great. I mounted mine on the passenger side so that the crank handle was easier to use when lifting or lowering something when I have the cargo cover on the truck. I also notched my troop seat so I could keep them in use with the hoist...
