Just outside of Maryville. You may have seen a pic of my deuce on "The Dragon" with a mini bike on the back.

Left them on the 5 ton wheels, the valve stem on the inner wheels just barely pinched against the brake drum.

No, I found that the windows are leaking, even though we sprayed the foam over them, gotta fix that, but other than that, still the same. Working on 2 houses that are 250 miles apart + work + other higher priority projects keep pushing this to the back burner. Being an adult sucks sometimes.

Oh and I think they are a little wider as well due to the more squared off shoulders.

I swapped all 8 tires in the back, that pic was to kinda show before and after. They are standard 11r20 g177's that come on a lot of 939 series 5 tons. One bonus that I was not expecting, was that the g177's were taller that the 11r22.5s that came off, so higher top speed.

This was half way through the swap. I needed the more aggressive tires on the 915 because I was getting stuck in wet grass.

I think I moved it around the yard once. Oh, I did swap tires on it, I took the ndcc's off, put the tires that were on the back of the 915 on the trailer, and put some g177's on the 915.

We still have not done anything further with it, we just bought a house in Tn. So it will play the part of moving van and then we will at some point attempt to continue the camper build. I will keep everyone updated as the build happens so if nothing new is posted, nothing new has happened.

Honestly, we haven't touched it since the GA rally. And the way things usually go I'll probably keep putting off working on it until I realize the next rally is less than a month away, panic, then bust my butt trying to get something done on it

I think I'm going to try to make a blade for my sawzall.

I've found that a wire brush that you put on a high speed grinder, works really well, but I come out looking like the abominable snowman. And it's hard to get it even.

Just toss it in with the stuff you are bringing to the rally, I'll get it from you then.

We could actually use one more if anybody has one laying around, let me know what you want for it.

That stuff is what? 1/2" thick? If I rip the 1x3's to the same, the plywood (tongue and groove, GREAT idea!) would be 100% supported, it would be insulated, and I wouldn't loose quite as much head room. I LIKE IT!!!

Thanks for the confidence in our abilities but I would rather not have to reengineer the structural integrity of the trailer.

Luckily this thing is in great shape, I think it spent it's life in the desert with the Nevada Air National Guard. It's a '68 model and didn't have any rust on it until I got it home with all this rain we've been having.

If we use the 1x3's I may.
