    Battery/Starter Problem

My injectors seem fine. Its the fuel lines to them that are leaking in my case. Specifically the flare nuts on top of the HH. As far as I'm aware all multifuels have the booster pump on the IP. The in tank pump feeds the booster pump. The booster pump builds about 80 psi before sending...

    Battery/Starter Problem

No I mean the booster pump on the side of the IP. My truck doesn't have an FDC. The booster pump has a double lip seal that can give out. This causes fuel to mix with the engine oil that lubricates the IP.

    Battery/Starter Problem

None of the surplus dealers sell them. There have been a few threads discussing them. I forget the make and model. Its not specific to the multi-fuel and actually requires some minor modification. Drilling the mounting holes a size larger if I remember correctly. As far as my IP goes it is...

    Battery/Starter Problem

Good to hear the damage was minimal. I believe if or rather, when my starter goes I'm going try the gear reduction style. Faster turnover speed and it weighs about 35 pounds. Much easier to manage. For your electrical needs, deuce or otherwise, you should check out dell city. They have...

    Battery/Starter Problem

Yep. Before next week is over I'll have her rolling on 395 xzl's. Then I'll be installing an aero turbine muffler and see how that works out. O hey be sure to inspect your wiring harness and battery cables. Sounds like they got w bit hot.

    Battery/Starter Problem

I believe you are correct on the wiring. Sorry to hear that your having trouble. I hate chasing electrical gremlins. While your at it send some rain down here! I'm putting the finishing touches on my hub flip and its over 100. Fun times.

    Battery/Starter Problem

Sounds like either your starter push button has shorted out or the solenoid has hung up. Start by pulling the starter push button and checking continuity through it without pushing the button. There shouldn't be any until you push it. Same thing with the solenoid. There shouldn't be power...
