Follow the convoy route signs from exit 48(I81). The convoy route brings you in to the base on Oneida ave. The DRMO lot is straight in from this entrance. Look for it on your left, after the first traffic light. If you get to the second traffic light, do a U turn(you passed it).- doghead

Depends where they came from. Some places drain all fluids(common).- doghead

A few that I actually looked directly at were drained of fluids and had filter canisters off. I looked in 2 of the fuel tanks and both had an inch or two of water in them. (no big deal really) That's about all I recall. Hope you lucked out and get a good one.- doghead
