    Don't mind me, I'm just reading up, do you have a non-contact thermometer, while load testing, you can check the terminals and load wires for hot spots, sign of loose connections.

    When I responded I had not seen the photo of the DC relay, It isn't thermal paste , but looks like either someone has worked on the control relay , or it has been hot enough to melt the encapsulating ?? Not sure which light is staying on, although the relay for remote sensing and Start stop...
