    There are check valves that can have issues after sitting with moisture in the air system. The sense line needs to be connected. When you adjust the governor you need to pump the brakes to bring pressure down and then let it build again for a minute to see if there is any change.

    You probably have a bad air protective valve the governor is past the valve so if it does not open then the governor cannot tell the compressor to stop making pressure. I bet your wipers and horn wont work also. Will
