    Can you give a quick rundown of the mechanical problems you've had? My observations. I purchased a truck that was rebuilt around '93 and I'm in-process of rebuilding all the brakes (linings are OK, but seals are all 20-ish years old), replacing wheel seals, rebacking bearings, etc. I think...

    I can see why guys like the 5 ton trucks, but my poking around suggests they use quite a bit more fuel. The multi is also very forgiving of fuel, especially if you keep some diesel and blend.
