    Fuel leak

    Could also be a leaky hose where it attaches to the IP inlet tube under the intake manifold. Leaks in the IP area have nowhere to go except to puddle in the engine valley until it runs out the back of the block and down the flywheel housing. You could keep running but it is a fire hazard.
