Right. The first 2 digits x 100 = torque rating in ft/lbs, so I'd want 16 or bigger. I have that on pallet rack, but haven't made sure it is an overdrive. It sure would be nice if the one in the cabover truck I'm parting out was big enough since it would have all the clutch, flywheel, etc...
That would be more efficient for sure, but a lot more money. I think I have a good 13 speed take out on a pallet rack out back and I'm parting out a Kenworth cabover with a 13 speed hooked up to a Detroit. (probably too light duty for the 8V92 though)
