Mil vehicles on display are waved through to the field. Idle speed only. Depends on how short the time. Talk to the gate people. Stay a long time.

1942 WWII MarkVI Bomb Hoist
I'll have this available, all cleaned up. Very nice piece of machinery. Even more rare are the 2 scanned factory line drawings from 1941 that come with it along with some photos of them being used to load The Black Cats.

It would be neat if the guys had badges with their avatars so we'd know each other. I've talked to at least 10 guys in the past couple of years and didn't know who they were until later. I usually post mine with my phone in the stall where I am most often.

Just a couple weeks out of GL and the M116 Urchin Trailer leaving the USS Ling for work at the Bendix Diner on Route 17. The quickie camo job to cover the rust is best appreciated at 50 mph. At that spot, the orange triangle is an absolute must, esp. at night.

Show Signs are Poppin' Up
Here are 2 of about 5 that are out now and another 2 are due to be put out by this time next week in NNJ. M816's 5 Ton at the Chatterbox near the fairgrounds and coming up on my M105 going north on the other side on Route 23.

The M35s are usually lined up along the [roughly] north end of the field. Several people stay in theirs. I've seen BBQ grills, MKT and the like but don't recall seeing a wood fire. Mighta missed it. There's also a concession stand that serves meals, as well as other camping areas on the fair...
