The easy method is to just swap the turbo parts over and do the dual fuel mod. I run mine at 335 spec and tow heavy with no issues. So how does the wrecker pull now with big cam power? Are you going to turn it up more?
I've heard if you find an engine from a Western Star or Ford truck, it's a straight forward swap. They use the same front mount so no cutting and welding needed. This info was from Cummins NW when I had my truck in for service.
