    Put a turn signal flasher connected to a relay and powered by the ignition circuit tie the relay into the horn ring. Turn the truck "on" or "start" and power runs to the the flasher, with pulses the relay and horn will HONK-pause-HONK-pause-HONK... If you use a double-pole-single-throw relay...
