    Typical diesel compression on the fords I work on are 350+. I would say the cylinders you have 350 on are fine

    A bad head gasket would manifest as over heating and cooling system over pressure before it would yield no compression.

    Could have melted a valve or if it messed up the head then it would not blow into crankcase.

    If the injector hung open, there is a chance that you've melted a piston or scored a cylinder. Second the compression check, if low then inspect valve train and if that's good then your yanking a head.
