    That was what I was saying, legal to own, how to register is an another ball game. Plus, depending on the purpose you might not have to register it at all. :deadhorse:

    Legality is simple. GL sells it and issues a SF97, it's legal. It's just a matter of how you register it. Take the hmmvw for example, not legal for us to own one from the government. GL does not issue a sf97, and it is issued with a demil code and euc.
