    Yeppers lol had me stumped. And the starter just didn't work. Swapped them and everything worked. But at first I was scratching my head.

    You wouldn't happen to have you battery terminals swapped?? The pumps will still run . But may run backwards. Ask me how I know ? LOL

    The starter itself could be bad. Have you tried it removed from the engine?
