    M923 hard downshift

    Some people have put Dexron III in the transmission to help. I did that and I think it may have helped a little but didn't solve the problem. I have 3 M939A2 trucks and 2 of them seem to shift just fine from 2nd to 1st and one of them is pretty hard even after using the Dexron III. My next step...
