    I did some measuring on a sterling over the road tractor today. It had a 60 series Detroit diesel and the cooler was 2 1/2 inches thick. I need to do a bit more measuring but I think it would fit perfectly around the radiator there is 43 inches between the charge tubes.

    Yes I can get that measurement as well. The only problem with that open space is it's closed off from all sides. Ie the radiator is larger than the hole or void, making it impossible to run charge tubes into that area. There is only 3/4 of an inch of clearance between the frame of the hood...

    I have already tweaked my 8.3 and EGTs go through the roof. I would suggest taking some measurements of the space and getting a radiator and intercooler out of a salvage truck. From what I measure doing a radiator swap is the only way to put a sizable intercooler in front of the radiator. If...
