    Egats! Chains are not my favorite item. With that said coupled with the facts that 1) you have 180 of them and 2) I'm building a wrecker, I may have to purchase a few. Looks like adding J hooks could give me a nice hook up platform.

    FWIW with GSA. You submit your sealed bid. On the date listed in the sale, they will unseal the bids. If you are a winner, they would notify you the next day.
