    1st biofuel caused failure

    We had a round of drivability issues with our fleet at NCDOT (and I hear that the Guard units in the State as well as the University System did as well) when we switched over to B20 four years ago (mandated by the Legislature...). Mostly issues with clogged filters as things got scrubbed out...
