Making a light bar over the cab.....Making progress....almost ready to install

Hey Goobs, I would like a pair of the Not-Bent brackets for $50. Just send me a PM on how you want the payment sent. What type of hardware did you use to attach them to the window pillars? Thanks Rob

Goobs, Those are awesome. Nice work. Those are some big batteries. I like the extra room that you have from them rather than the four battery set up I have. RedBlok

Making a light bar over the cab.....Making progress....almost ready to install

If you have two big batteries then they are wired in series (assuming they are both 12 volt) IF that is the case, then you would be correct, but a voltmeter can verify. I think you have a grounding strap that goes to the frame from the batteries. I would verify and run a wire to the grounding...

Making a light bar over the cab.....Making progress....almost ready to install

Hey Goobs, I am going to assume that you have 4 batteries. That being said, they are wired in both Series and Parallel. first you have two set of batteries (2 each) wired in parallel which doubles your amps and each set is 12 volt. Then the two sets of batteries are wired in series which...

Making a light bar over the cab.....Making progress....almost ready to install

Goobs, - I would just check the wiring harness that came with the lights, if there is a relay, it would probably need to be 24 volt if you run the lights at 24 volt. I have a small light bar I run on my ATV and it is rated at 12- 36 volts but the relay was 12 volts. Basing my information on...

Making a light bar over the cab.....Making progress....almost ready to install

I think they did say new. I think what they meant was unused. There are now scratches or marks on the battery connections. Very clean, one bent cover screw. Looks like the kits were pulled apart and these where not used. In fact looking at the unit again, I would say unissued and never...

Making a light bar over the cab.....Making progress....almost ready to install

Just got off the phone with E-liquidators. Could not get the breakers, but those of us who ordered this morning will get the promotional shipping rate. Looks like three of us ordered today. No instructions, but all the wires have labels. Should be straight forward to install. Apparently...

Making a light bar over the cab.....Making progress....almost ready to install

Hey Goobs, Just heard back from E-Liquidators - No Circuit breakers included. Also - They are raising their shipping prices this afternoon or tomorrow up to $16.00. The quoted price was a promotional shipping they forgot to cancel. I reminded them that two of us from SteelSoldiers ordered...

Making a light bar over the cab.....Making progress....almost ready to install

Hey Goobs, If you bought it from E-liquidators on ebay, I think we are alright as far as the circuit breakers. They state the following: The PCDS includes the following components: (A). Pulse Distribution Box 24/7 pulsing maximizes battery power potential 12- and 24-volt leads with...

Making a light bar over the cab.....Making progress....almost ready to install

Hey Goobs, If Pulse Tech sends me the instruction manual I will send you a copy. Looking at the ebay listing. It reads like the circuit breakers/fuses are included. I did ask the seller that question. I also asked if they had install instructions.. I 'll forward them to you if I get them...

According to Pulse Tech, the 735x650 system is 3 components - Push To Test box, the Power Distribution Unit and the Solar Charger. I emailed the Customer support at Pulse tech to see if I could get a manual. I will share it if they send me a e-copy.

Goobs, Offset like your set up would be great. Flat works too - whatever works with your schedule The TMG Keyed battery cutoff switch kit was very complete and easy to install. That is what gave me the ideal of adding a terminal block right next to it. It just made sense. Rob
