They make a socket just for caging, I RUN for mine when I know I need to do many or even one! Probably cheaper on Ebay CLICK HERE- Artisan

Can someone explain these brake canister bolts to me?
I found that intel; "Tighten nut until 2½-2¾ inches of the release stud remains above the nut. Spring brake is then fully caged. "- Artisan
