    Starting Canister on Firewall, Quick Start

    CSM Davis covered it pretty well. I'd just add - I carry a can of ether in the cab, and squirt it into the intake while cranking. This leaves the more specialized container on the firewall full in case my little can runs out. The long trip down the intake stack mixes it with air pretty well...
