Well, beadlock-(inserts) and beadlock-(wheels) are different things, but I think the OP's question clearly was about the HMMWV's stock wheel width - 8.25 or 9.75 inches. The rubber beadlock/runflat insert itself is only 6-3/4" wide. G.

I have never seen any HMMWV-wheels other than 16.5"x 8.25". Here is a little drawing I made, showing all dimensions... G.
