    I have a full face respirator but not one that has a fresh air hose hooked into it. I might look into different paint options beside CARC since it is apparently more dangerous than its worth

    Im a craftsmen by trade (carpenter) so I really take pride in all that I do and don't want to settle for a less than perfect paint job but I get what your saying

    those look great! nice job! where did you buy your paint and what type of paint did you use? also did you dismantle most of the interior to spray it or did you just do a lot of taping?

    Its rough as in peeling, flaking and major drip marks. Attention to detail was not the last painter's strong point ha ( I know , its a mil vehicle) I am really wanting to paint it gloss black but don't know if this takes away from the value or not. If it does , then ill just re-do the tan paint...

    I just won a recent auction for a M998 that has extremely rough paint. All tips for repainting would be greatly appreciated! I know its going to be a lot of work but itll be something to be proud of once it is done.
