180 at radiator or block?
Also put 10 gallons of fuel in it on top of what ever was in there. Gauge started to work and showed 1/4 tank and then it went back to full. Assuming I have a loose wire or bad ground somewhere.
Used the gun to measure temp. Gauge is in fact extremely wrong! Block got up to 180. Top hose got up to about 150 or so and bottom hose was at 100. That was just sitting idling no load, not moving. Ran for probably 25 minutes or so.
The gauge is messed up. It was in pieces and I kinda just put it together and hooked it up. It's working but it was just laying on the floor when I got it
Coolant is full, need to tighten the belts. The upper hose isn't "hot" it's warm. Can grab onto it and hold it. Gonna have to check the thermostat and see if it's stuck
Found the little hole for the spring! Now it's in the right spot. Have another issue with it now! I drove it to my little brothers bus stop this afternoon to pick him up. Drove a couple blocks, picked him up and a couple blocks home. It got up to 240 degrees according to the gauge I have (not...
The one on the bottom right has the little metal tab behind it. I loosened the bolt and tried to attach it there but it didn't want to stay firm in place..
Also, where does the spring for the throttle return hook too? Right now I have it on the vents on the inner fender, obviously not where it's supposed to be.
Took some pictures of it. I cleaned out the bed. Was full of old rotted wood and garbage as well as an old canvas bed tarp that was rotted and torn up. I did wash it the other week and it came out real nice. Thinking that instead of a soft top gonna go with an aftermarket fiberglass top. Need to...
Have a couple questions. My gauges, the oil pressure gauge is stuck at 60 and doesn't move. Where do I look to fix it? Maybe gauge itself? Or a sender. And my fuel gauge shows full even though the tank is not full
Gave it a much needed wash. Looks so much better. Got the passenger seat popped in place! Also rigged up the temp gauge. It was broken, the actual face with the numbers was out laying on the floor. Put it back in the gauge and plugged it in. It's not in the correct place because the housing is...
