I've attached the ABS TM containing the wiring diagram for the system. It shows a 3A and a 15A fuse. If the 15A is popping, I doubt your ABS is working.

I'm 99% sure that one also goes to the ABS. There are 2 fuses for the ABS, a small amp and a large amp. Can't remember the amps off hand. The factory electrical uses circuit breakers, not fuses. Don't knock the ABS too hard on these trucks until you've needed it. It was put there as a remedy to...
