Howdy, The true correct spin-on fuel/water separator model 85285-F has the water drain attached at the bottom. Most of the aftermarket civilian fuel/water filters do not have the same size fitting at the bottom. So, I do not use the fitting or hose. I do not drain off any water. I use the NAPA...- Daybreak

Howdy, Has anyone come across a spin-on fuel filter which has the correct water drain fitting on the bottom? All the others work for the job. I was just wondering why none of the aftermarket ones have the correct size fitting.- Daybreak
