    Bad shocks will not cause vibrations or springs to sag. Age & weight is what kills springs. I have never seen rearching work or last very long.

    Is that drum completely seated against the hub ? It looks to me that even the hub is wobbling.

    Wheel to center hub isn't gonna make a difference. Bent wheel or bad tire could cause the vibe. It could also be a bad axle ujoint.
