That's kind of what I thought, 55 is fast enough! Enjoy the scenery. The true difference in time is insufficient, 250 miles only takes an extra hour comparing 55mph to 70mph. But what type of mileage do you get at 55 with the higher gears?

Also they are prone to breaking a small part inside the door handle and very hard to find replacements and expensive when you do. So be sure to keep the latch lubricated and working smoothly to prevent extra stress on the door handle. Keith M1078A1 2003yr M38 1951yr
