    Do GovPlanet Bill of Sale also have "Off Road Use Only" stamp?

    Moderators, I am not asking about titling HMMWV's. I just want to know if GP bill of sale has "off road" stamp on it or not. And it stops there. I've read some folks saying that, unlike SF97, bill of sale does NOT have "off road use only" stamp on it. But I saw one picture online showing...
