My understanding is they'll return the auction selling price, but not the final purchaser's buying price. It'll be interesting to see how they handle it. Hopefully just a non binding "request" as seems to be the opinion/hope of many on here....- 98G

In theory they send you a letter and you hand over the truck for shredding. I suspect this hasn't played out completely yet. Remember the EPA shutdown? Or the first M934A2s? Or the M1101s with the prohibited mounts?- 98G

EUC is unrelated. Previously when a demil code has changed, they have recalled the items already sold. It will be interesting to see the outcome: either you lost everything invested beyond the original purchase price, or you now have a truck worth 6 figures.- 98G

So hypothetically I'm bidding on a truck and have a prebid in that is winning. The auction is supposed to take place today. The bid is a substantial portion of my entire operating capital. The auction date is subsequently pushed out literally MONTHS! Am I still accountable for my bid? My bid...- 98G
