Other options is see if you can find someone to drive it for you (no I'm not volunteering). A recently separated military person with experience on these trucks would be your best bet.
Lots of room for a small cooler in the cab but make sure you remove it before tilting the cab. I doubt you want to replace a windshield any time soon.
