    Soneil make a line of chargers for 12, 24, 36, or 48 volts. I've had several for many years and they haven't let me down.

    That one says it works with 12v and 24v batteries, so yes you could charge one battery, or both at the same time if you set the charger to 24v. Some reviews complained of failures.
