I Also run oil for same reason. However, when it gets really cold out (below 35 deg) I let it warm up a bit more until I drive her. she shifts a little slower with the cold oil. but once it warms up a bit she shifts just fine. I am out in the dunes and sand so I do run her hard most of the time.

As of today my driveshaft's are still in the shop. My shaft builder Todd told me that he is still waiting to get to mine but the u joints are still in like new condition physically, however the seals are hard and dry around the cups. They will be replaced anyway. He looked at my truck and the...
