    Slow throttle response on 816

    Clock spring went MIA on mine while jaking down a hill with trailer and dozer, kinda interesting trying to get up the other side with only 1/4 throttle, Cummins says they don't make the spring anymore, so I was forced to tack weld the arms together to get full throttle travel back. Adjust...
