Torch & a grinder. Buy a ruffstuff axle kit, center it & bolt it in. Set your pinion angle & weld them up.

I have crossover, hi steer & hydro assist (hi steer & hydro not installed yet) just not seeing it (sway bar) having enough room in there to not come into contact with something. Post pics when you get a chance.

How do you plan to use the sway bar with cross over steering ?

The end at the caliper is different. Get a good set of after market SS braided lines, do the rear while your at it.

One other thing over looked is rear shock mounts. Not a big deal but they will need to be cut off & relocated. While doing so I raised mine up for more clearance.
