    I completely agree with NDT, I bought 2 trucks from Gov Liquidation back when they still had the rolling stock contract, they both needed batteries, both fired up, one engaged into gear, the other didn't, I pulled the whole hydraulic control module out, changed a solenoid, filters etc, nothing...
