I wired up a SignaLink USB for use with my AN/PRC-70 and repainted its beige case green. Initial bench testing looks promising, and I hope I'll have a chance to try out some wide-shift RTTY with it later this week at the Military Radio Collectors Group meeting.

If you are OK with using civilian market ham radio interface hardware, then I think that a SignaLink USB interface by Tigertronics should work well. I've been using one for years with my civilian HF ham radio gear, and I plan to try interfacing one to my green radios (particularly my AN/PRC-70)...
