    10.9 should be fine . It seems while I was searching it came up as grade 12. As was mentioned some blue locktite might not be a bad idea. I try to stay away from the red locktite on anything that may need to come apart again , unless it is a easy location to apply heat.

    Not finding anything through parttarget.com ( usually a good source ). All the GM searches come up as a obsolete part. I did find this in a GM parts catalog [ 4 16 714 BOLT HEX 12X1 75X35 CAD ]
