    What looks weird to me is that is has the frame extensions but I do not believe it has a winch installed. Also, no controls in cab. I believe the M942 is a stripped chassis.

    That is definitely a low number made specialty build. M942 is the heavy duty stripped chassis only. Closest would be look at the M934 expando van body parts. TN's are here under the M939 series.
