When someone receives the letter from the DMV , what if you would hire a lawyer to reply back with a registered letter and have him demand the hearing date, they would have to respond.

For those affected , I would also say like other members have mentioned , get a lawyer.
Obviously you where entitled to hearing form the DMV that you never received
I would also ask , why the Humvee only, if your going to recall the Humvee, then whats stopping them to recall them all...
When did this happen, do you have a date ?
Also if you are here, you know whats going on, we have an amendment in to resolve this issue, not only for the Humvee but for all ex MV's.
Hopefully we can count on your support
Sometimes it's not always about the money
Did you know that the SOS has 35 specialty plates honoring our veterans, how cool is that, at this point, they might as well have one for the vehicles.

Still nice to see that specialty plates can make a profit "The plates brought in $1.1 million in revenue to the state last year and $18.5 million since specialty plates were first issued in 2001"
Now if we only get more military vehicles on the road...
I sorry, I’m trying to help, I’m trying to be bipartisan and include your point of view, but I do not think that I can help you anymore. Good luck on your quest, whatever it is.

Like I said write it up, if you aren't certain of the terminology, don't worry , they have someone who will use the proper words
You are not wasting your time, your voice will be heard, but not on this thread.
This is a group effort.
Remember the pen is mightier than the sword
porkysplace, while I get what you are saying, I have to ask what are you doing about it, you may be taking out your frustration on this thread but it won't get you anywhere.
You spoke with the people responsible for the amendments, they told you that your vehicle as well as all ex MV are covered...
Well it's time to move on and be more of this century, the deuce and the old jeeps where from your time, the new generation wants and will have Humvees
If you do not want to support us fine, but we are still going to support all ex MV's and the amendments to the Bill will protect former and new...
It's funny to see how the Humvee is being blamed for everything, I guess that the Humvee is not a military vehicle or it did not serve time in any war like any other ex military vehicle.
Yep, let's leave the Humvee behind instead of supporting it
Please support our cause for ALL MILTARY...
Thank you TedCat, we will need all of the support we can get, if all of the MV owners would look at what is going on in the other states they would realize that all of the MV's are in the crosshair, some might think that the Humvees started this, they might of, but one way or the other anyone...
Bump. Please don’t forget to contact your local representative or Senators Hopgood’s office. Thank you for your support

I’m not ignoring the facts but we are fighting for all military vehicles, we have to be together on this , otherwise as other state have shown, we could be in trouble

This was never about just the Humvee , but about all military vehicles, stop being so bias.
We are all in this, this is for all military vehicles
If you don't like Humvee's fine, but don't stop there, go after the Hummer H1, they share the frame and components, basically the same vehicle on the...
Wow, that yellow is a tough one on the cell phone

I am not certain how the owners got their titles removed.
Do we have any members that ever had their titles removed, maybe they could explain the process
