    Govplanet HMMWV Auctions ?

    I speculate it's GP manipulating supply to keep prices up. GL had very limited offsite storage capacity. GP has copious amounts. GL seemed not to care if trucks sold below scrap value. GP does a good job extracting retail prices from them. I can't believe it's a true downturn in supply.
