    Vehicle Code legal...?

    Ok I modded a Jeep using the chassis of an old CJ (VIN from this one)and a body of a YJ the police pulled my son over and gave him a ticket with the Antique tags saying he should have had hot rod tags on it....Peoples republic of Maryland. I have not had any issues with my other trucks...
