TM P/N: 277056 which translates to the following: KN86020, 1298894H91, 1655043, 277056, 280688C91, 5106141, 5131511, 5145614, 4310-00-778-8072, 00-778-8072, 4310007788072, 007788072
KN86020 is the most recent number and the cheapest I found by quick search is below...
Quick updates.
I replaced the air compressor with a newly rebuilt one and that unit ended up having an oil leak.. so i traded an internal leak for an external leak. It had a 1 year warranty so I swapped it out and am insanely quick at the process now. If only other M-series trucks were...
Update on my unit (thanks for the bump Scrounger):
The compressor was indeed at fault for putting oil in the air system. I was fortunate that a local compressor place could order a Haldex replacement compressor for a reasonable price ($370) with a 1 year warranty. It wasn't an exact replacement...
I've got all the TM's on hand though some seem a little thin.. but I'm used to seeing 1700 page PDFs for the FMTVs haha.,
My machine has a locking bar and it was ready for transportation. This was a very clean job by the unit before turn in. I just wish they kept better track of the bolts and...
Got all fluids in her today and she runs smooth. All gauges nominal except fuel which is pegged out full (we can dream). I've got 2 minor leaks from dry seals on hoses: one on the main lift cylinder and one on the right lift cylinder base. Air pressure was a bit high at 135 psi and at the end of...
LO says.. 31 gallons of hydro. Fuel wise I haven't come across anything directly saying the capacity but it's big. It's weird the internet doesn't have this LO published as a .pdf yet. Just that janky page by page site that's there for the web clicks that I wont name.
All major parts yes. Some parts of the u-joint from the rear drive line they pulled must have fallen off between Arizona and Texas so those are on order. I did manage to get her to crank and start but without hydraulic fluid I shut it off quick to avoid running the pump dry.
She arrived today and rolled off the trailer with ease. Completely drained of all fluids..but looking at it glass half full that means half the work is done servicing it. Minor parts are on order and I'm going to pick up a barrel of coolant and 10w Monday. The engine has the RRAD sticker on it...
There will be a massive rearranging here once it arrives and is checked over.
Oh lord.. at 25 mph I better leave now to get there on time.
That's what I like about it (the engine). I'll look into more counter weights as my rear rack is full. From my research when waiting is that there's a...
My "new to me" M10A will be here in a few days and want to see who else owns a unit out there? Anyone have any info on these units that's useful/interesting?
