    Sorry, I haven't ever had to work on my fuse block. Have you referenced the Technical Manual? The electrical schematics start on page 947 of this TM.

    I am not sure what block you are referring to. Can you post a picture of it?

    Has your truck been converter to 12 volt? The ignition switch receives power from the fuseblock. When you turn to START it sends power to the starter relay under the dash. The relay then sends power (24 volts on stock trucks) to the starter solenoid.

    If you had, or made, a remote starter switch you could test it while it is on the vehicle.

    I think your starter solenoid may be kaputt. I would remove the starter and test it on a bench with a set of jumper cables. You probably have more problems than that but it would be worth checking it out now. The starter solenoid is on the starter just in case you aren't familiar with it. Good...
