    Title or SF97 Form for HMMWV

    Maybe i misread the first page. But it states a humvee can be registered for off-highway use IF it is written on the sf97. So what if there is no off-highway stamp on the sf97? The sentence prior to that one states no on-highway use. A little confusing info.
