    Deuce questions from PA

    Two or three points. First of all, if a deuce is made after 1968, it is inherently NOT DOT compliant - those made before this are. This is an area where the whole hobby is going to run into trouble soon. Either from someone doing something stupid in a surplus truck and getting folks killed...
