    Those aux floats go bad all the time, no idea why. In a pinch you can bypass them to keep a machine running.

    No, that part is not interchangeable... the 10k has a longer assembly. If you have an electric nut runner, socket wrench and a crescent wrench, you can have that back panel off in 5 minutes and unplug to test.
